By using beacondealertech.com you agree to these terms. They apply to the public website and to the customer portal. Services we deliver under a managed-services agreement are governed by that agreement, not this page.

Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about our services, submit a question, request a discovery call, and (for customers) manage support tickets. You agree not to use the site to do anything illegal, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or to scrape content for republication.

Content on the site

The articles in the Field Notes section reflect our experience and are provided for general information. They are not a substitute for engagement-specific advice. No warranty

This site is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information will be accurate or complete. Action you take based on content from this site is at your own risk.

The site design, the Beacon Dealer Tech name, and the original written content are ours. You may quote short excerpts of articles with attribution and a link back. Anything beyond that requires written permission.

Customer portal

The customer portal is for active customers and authorized representatives. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
